Romans 13:1-6 – The Church has lost focus on this. We tend to see Government as evil, and we tend to choose sides. God is none of these things. When Paul wrote this one of the wicked rulers was in charge called Nero. Paul says we must submit to the Governing Authority. You see there is a Higher Power. There is a Greater individual that is in charge and when you and I play according to what God wants, He is your protector and shield.
