Second Corinthians 1:3-11 – Paul is talking about God being a God of Comfort. He is also talking about tribulations and afflictions. He also speaks of the responsibility of the believer to comfort those who are in stress or affliction.

God just doesn’t give Comfort. He is Comfort! Comfort is part of God’s identity.
