Pastor Carlus affirmed the importance of being a “living sacrifice” unto God, see Romans 12:1-2 (NKJV). “Living sacrifice” means giving your whole self to God, spirit, soul and body.  Living a sacrificial life that pleases God, through Jesus Christ, our LORD and SAVIOR with the help of the Holy Spirit. In other words, Holiness is what God wants from us.
